CSO 206/209 Combined Sewer Separation

The CSO 206/209 area contains approximately 570 acres with over 2,160 residential properties, 84,675 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 88,875 linear feet of storm sewer and over 260 manholes. Jacobi, Toombs & Lanz, Inc. performed smoke and dye testing within the entire system, inspected all manholes, reviewed and cataloged TV Inspection footage of all sewers within the system, prepared plans for sewer separation, performed post construction sampling, performed downspout dye testing on nearly 900 homes, prepared plans for downspout disconnections at over 100 homes and provided construction administration and on call Design Support During Construction.
