Blackiston Mill Road and Potters Lane

JTL provided survey, preliminary and final design, specifications, right-of-way engineering and acquisition services for the construction of this intersection improvement project to include road widening, adding left-turn lanes, curb and gutter, sidewalks and a new traffic signal. All construction was completed while maintaining through traffic movements since the traffic volumes on Blackiston Mill Road are very high and a detour route is very long. Right-of-way engineering and acquisition included 16 parcels. Construction inspection was also provided.
