JTL was the main Civil/Site design engineering firm for the Walmart in Salem, Indiana. JTL assisted the team with Planning and Zoning with the city of Salem, led the Team on utility coordination and design, Civil/Site design and development, surveying, subdivision platting, regulatory permitting and all other Civil/Site related functions of this project. The overall site, including outlots, was approximately 27 acres.
