Blackiston Mill Road Drainage Improvements

JTL provided evaluation services for a large upstream watershed to properly size and construct a large box culvert to alleviate substantial drainage issues while redesigning a portion of an existing roadway for vehicular traffic safety. This project was completed in 2010 with a construction cost of $400,000. Mr. Tom Clevidence, Town Engineer, served as the Town of Clarksville’s representative Project Manager.
