Clarksville Main Street Reconstruction

The Clarksville Main Street Reconstruction Project served to accommodate future residential and commercial developments as well as construct road corridor beautification and enhanced pedestrian access routes.

JTL provided design services, survey, permitting, utility coordination and construction inspection administration.

Completion of the Main Street Project was the first major milestone towards implementation of the South Clarksville Redevelopment Plan, which was a result of years of planning by the Town of Clarksville.
