JTL worked directly for Menards, Inc. to provide site design for a 16 acre site in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The design included approximately 400 parking spaces, 150,000 s.f. main store, warehouse, and outside yard area. JTL performed site and grading design, stormwater collection and detention, municipal permitting and surveying for the project.
