Orchard Grass Pump Station

Jacobi, Toombs and Lanz, Inc. (JTL) performed topographic survey and design of the decommissioning of an existing wastewater treatment plant and construction of a new sanitary sewer pumping station with dual force mains. The overall project was designed and constructed in two phases. Phase 1A included the design of approximately 3,000 feet of dual 12-inch and 14-inch force mains. Phase 1B included the design of a new tri-plex 3.9 MGD sanitary pump station, complete with wet well, valve vault, flowmeter vault, emergency pump connection manholes, control building, generator pad and transformer pad. Phase 1B also included the design of approximately 4,200 feet of dual 10-inch and 14-inch force mains. JTL also provided Construction Administration services for the duration of the construction process to ensure the project was constructed in accordance with the design and project specifications.
