JTL worked with the Project Owner and the proposed tenant to manage the entire design process from conceptual site layout, planning and zoning support to final design and permitting approval. The project included a 62,000 sq. ft. distribution facility on approximately 23 acres of land with layout options for initial construction & expansion capabilities at a later date. The facility included approximately 125 trailer parking stalls with expansion potential to add an additional 150 spaces. This project included adjacent regional stormwater detention facilities where JTL sized and evaluated for both on-site and off-site runoff. JTL was responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, including coordination of surveying (boundary, topographic, & ALTA), construction plan document preparation, permitting, and on-call services during construction.
